Only taxpayers should be allowed to vote…the 60% of the 95% (promised a tax cut by Obama). The 40% that do not pay any taxes but will receive a "tax refund," (paid for by the 60%) should be disenfranchised because they do not understand whom or what they are voting into office.
Once upon a time in this country only landowners were enfranchised to vote. This election is proving the Founders knew their intent. May I offer a variant…only taxpayers should be enfranchised to vote.
The genesis of this extreme thought may be laid at the feet of Don Henley and Bruce Hornsby… artists from “back in the day,” old school malefactors!
I have to wonder where these two gentlemen are today? I do not mean to single them out; they have many accomplices in the “entertainment bidness.”
But, in this week prior to the election, I have decided it is in my best interests to turn off the TV and accept what seems inevitable. I will guess that Henley and Hornsby, like the rest of MSM are in the tank for Obama.
Before I digress any further, I like the cut “New York Minute,” ergo I listened once again to “The End of the Innocence!” With the exception of “New York Minute,” what a load of crap.
“Crap? you say, Will Penny?” Damn right Don and Bruce. While you two dirt bags are insulated from the excrement storm that is about to ensue, the rest of us poor schlubs are about to experience Obama-Biden socialism. While the rest of us are compelled to live Hollywood’s and the music industry’s dream of social, economic, and so-called political justice, you all will be ensconced in mansions and climes above the fray. In case my readers do not know what I am talking about, ask family members if they have a copy of the aforementioned album.

I’ll make this brief. Google “Howard Stern” AND/OR “Harlem voters” from October 14, 2008. My guess is this “man-on-the-street” poll is representative of most of the 55% voters supporting Obama. The first question a “man-on-the street” pollster should ask is “Do you pay taxes (or are you a recepient of someone else taxes)?” Admittedly, I do not know if the three respondents are taxpayers or tax recepients. I am going out on a limb by concluding they are probably tax recepients since they believe Sarah Palin is an excellent running mate for Obama. (Work with me here. Do you see how I might conclude they are recepients in stead of payers!)
Next thing I want to know is just how much are Don, Bruce, Opra, Dave, et.al coughing up in their personal wealth for this experiment in socialism.
